Aurora at the front desk was AMAZING!! She helped me get checked in quickly and was even able to give me early check-in which SAVED me greatly since the wedding time was before the 4pm check-in. She's a rock star, super professional and provides great customer service.

We stayed in Palm Desert because we were going to the Powertrip music festival - which was amazing! We did manage to do the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and also visit the Palm Springs Air Museum - both of which we'd highly recommend visiting. There are lots of restaurants and food chain outlets so more than enough choice to eat out. We liked the California Pizza Kitchen for it's pizzas and reasonable prices. Next time we'd certainly stay longer in the area and see more of the amazing natural sights like the Joshua Tree National Park and also the Salton Sea.

It was the first very hot weekend in June and it might have been too much heat for my grandkids. Thank goodness for the pool and the Aquatic Center. The Living Zoo was an amazing experience, however, it must be seen as soon as it opens. Very nice room with super comfortable bed, and a spacious balcony facing the snow-capped mountains. Close to the pool, where the take-out food was good. (It was too cold to swim) I was in Palm Springs for a concert at Acrisure Arena and the drive was very quick. I have stayed in all of the other Marriott Properties in the area over the years and this one was particularly clean, convenient, and the staff was helpful. The only downside-- there wasn't a lot of parking close to my unit but the short walk was fine.

This place was rated at 3 out of 5 stars. It is easily a 4-5 star place depending on your current style of living--We had a great time-----
