Simple, clean, which is what is most important to me.
Simple, clean, which is what is most important to me. The floor to my room was vinyl plank, which I much prefer to carpet (I think it's cleaner). I only stayed for the night on my way elsewhere, but it was well located for me. There's a Tudor's Biscuit World nearby, and I love eating there everytime I pass through West VA.

It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was an excellent selection of breakfast foods(fresh fruit, bagels, 2 types of bread for toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, cooked apples with cinnamon, and this was just some of what was available) and it was fresh, hot, and good. We were very pleasantly surprised at this Hotel, and we will definitely stay again when we are in Charleston!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful. Our breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. They had cookies and popcorn in the evenings for free. This was a very nice hotel. A great place and location for the price. I would highly recommend!
